While working at Capital One, we were tasked with crafting content for the UpMarket customer—those individuals who spend heavy and save often—while finding new ways to engage them with normal consumer content. These are the highlights:
Authorized User: March
Each month, Capital One sends out an email trying to convince cardholders to add an AU (Authorized User) to their existing card.
Credit Line Increase
In olden times, when you get a credit line increases from Capital One, you’d receive a generic old email that doesn’t provide an character or brand voice. We recreated the it to add more excitement, enthusiasm, and overall joy to the line increase experience.
Miles Transfer
To introduce Capital One’s new miles transfer program, we were tasked with crating a new awareness email to introduce customers to this new program available to them.
